Abstract: The present work is a Master's dissertation in Curricular and Instructional Development, on the topic 'Organization of the Curricular Internship of the Bachelor's Degree in Police Sciences'. The main objective of this work is to elaborate a proposal for the organization of Curricular Internship in a learning environment based on problem solving (PBL). The Academy of Police Sciences (ACIPOL) decided to adopt the Learning Methodology Based on Problem Solving, for the accomplishment of the curricular internship of the baccalaureate course in police sciences. To respond to the proposed objectives, the study followed a qualitative approach and the method of conception (design) of the instrument of organization of internship, was that of rapid prototypes. The method was developed in an interaction process with squadron commanders and chiefs of operations in the cities of Beira in the province of Sofala, Matola in the province of Maputo and in the city of Maputo. Also involved as respondents in this research were the inspectors and sub-inspectors with functions of command, direction and leadership in police stations, the Police of Criminal Investigation (PIC) and the Police of Transit (PT), all from the city of Maputo. For the continuation of this study, a needs survey was carried out, then the main tasks performed by the respondents in their daily work were selected, including those that are not included in their terms of reference. Discussion sessions on the selected tasks were developed, separately for each area corresponding to the internship modules. The objective was to identify and select the learning activities that should be included in the Curricular Internship organization tool. As a result of the research, 4 tasks were selected: operational, administrative, judicial and human resources management, which translated into 17 learning activities, 4 of which were Public Order and PIC activities, 3 Transit activities and 6 Management and , once the learning activities for each module were identified, the final prototype of 'organization of the Curricular Internship' for the baccalaureate course in Police Sciences, which is an integral part of this study, was elaborated.( TRADUÇÃO NOSSA)
