The Dubai Job Satisfaction Scale questionnaire was usedfor data collection and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program for statistical processing. The results of statistical tests suggested for the rejection of the null hypothesis.Regarding workers' perception of their satisfaction, it is more associated with hygienic factors such as having good salaries and financial incentives, social benefits, good working conditions and good working environment, but also with motivational factors, career advancement and recognition. In addition, workersare not satisfied with salary and incentive factors, promotion opportunity and personal development; they are indifferent to supervision factors, company policies and strategies, stress levels at work and performance evaluation.
