Aperfeiçoamento da estrutura organizacional e quadro competitivo para a gestão dos jogos universitários entre as instituições de Ensino Superior da Cidade e Província de Maputo

Abstract

The purpose of this research is centered on university sports. The general objective is to improve the organizational structure and competitive framework for the management of university games between the o AbertoHigher Education Institutions of the city and province of Maputo. The applied methodology included the application and data collection in 224 questionnaires addressed to the students, 8 questionnaires and 8 semi-structured interviews directed to the managers of the sports services of the Institutions of Higher Education in the period comprised between March 1 and May 6, 2017 And in particular in the city and province of Maputo, university sport is not properly operational from the point of view of legally accredited bodies for this purpose, including in most Higher Education Institutions, and that it needs to be revitalized. By means of a diagnosis of university sports in the city and province of Maputo, a strategic problem was reached, and consequently a general strategic solution to the availability of Higher Education Institutions in support of the creation of a new exclusive organization represented Higher Education Institutions and the separation of the sports federation from high school, professional technician and higher education. And finally, the proposal for a new organizational structure and competitive framework was presented, where the alternative hypothesis concerning organizational structure and competitive framework was theoretically validated by means of an expert criterion in number of 10, which deserved adjustments during the course of the study.
