Abstract:
This report is divided into five parts, namely: the presentation of the problem;
presentation of the objectives and object of study; of the Theoretical and Conceptual Framework, which
although it focuses on aspects not restricted to the professional profile, it intends, in no way, to
an extensive mapping of the concepts discussed here; Methodology, quantitative-qualitative; from the
Data Analysis, essentially descriptive; and Final Considerations.
