Abstract:
It is a motivation for the present study to develop competitive capacity as a way to ensure the survival of LAM in the competitive market, in the face of significant changes in its environment caused by the implementation of liberalization policies. The recognition that only the creative and innovative capacity of human resources can facilitate the achievement of organizational objectives with regard to customer satisfaction and charm justified, on the other hand, the choice of the present theme. The ample preparation of human resources with regard to the technical domain and above all in the human aspects, in which science and technology cannot yet replace man, gives greater relevance to the work of technical training combined with aspects of education. In this sense, the present work, whose methodology privileged the systematic search of opinions of the target population through the use of appropriate techniques, namely study of documents, questionnaires, interview and mini-conference, in a triangulation process concluded, according to the objectives of the study , that the current professional training programs for LAM's frontline staff remain static, with almost no updating to keep up with the dynamics of the occurrence of changes in the sector. This conclusion resulted in recommendations that fundamentally suggest the approach, the evaluation of effectiveness and the updating of the syllabus contents of training courses for frontline staff, privileging fundamentally participatory aspects and allowing the necessary dynamics of training as an instrument for monitoring and adapting resources. human beings in the processes of change that characterize the commercial aviation industry(TRADUÇÃO NOSSA)
