Abstract: The present dissertation aimed to analyze the relationship between leadership strategies and institutional capacity for managing labor conflicts at Completa Primary School Unit 2 during the period of 2022-2023. In the course of this study, a mixed-method research approach was employed, involving the selection of a sample of 54 participants through simple random sampling. Data were collected using closed questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and non-participant observation, and were analyzed using SPSS, Microsoft Excel, and thematic content analysis technique. The results demonstrated that among the primary leadership strategies adopted at the school during the study period, participants considered active participation of stakeholders in the Education Project, continuous empowerment of employees, and sharing of vision by managers with the institution. Regarding the conflict management process implemented at Completa Primary School Unit 2, the results confirmed that participants had a negative evaluation of how managers handle conflicts at the school level; statistical analysis revealed an overall average of (mean = 2.99), (Σ = 1.25), indicating a negative appreciation of the procedures used in conflict management at the school. Concerning the relationship between leadership strategies and institutional capacity for managing labor conflicts at Completa Primary School Unit 2, it was found that there is no positive relationship between leadership strategies and institutional capacity for managing labor conflicts at the school. Based on these conclusions, it is recommended that leadership processes take into account the school's macro structure, as well as its members in general, aiming to develop efficient leadership strategies that establish clear policies and procedures for conflict management, promote active participation of stakeholders in strategic action plans in school decisions and processes, and invest in continuous employee empowerment by providing professional development opportunities, training, and workshops related to conflict management and leadership
